How do I track my order?
You get a tracking link by email once shipped. Members can also track from My account > Orders.
Can I order without an account?
Yes. Guest orders are supported; use the link in your email to view your order.
Payments
Is there a deadline for bank transfers?
Please pay within 48 hours and use your order number as reference. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically.
Do you offer installments?
Installment options for Turkish cards are shown on the card payment screen.
Shipping and delivery
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping in Türkiye is ₺89.90, free over ₺1,500.
Lucky Box
What is inside a Lucky Box?
Every box page lists all possible items and their exact odds. No item is worth less than the box price.
How is the draw done?
After payment, a secure random generator on our server picks the item; the result and odds table are stored immutably.
Custom print
How are custom prints priced?
By size, material, print time and colours. We send a firm quote including shipping after reviewing your file.
Products
Are licensed products genuine?
Yes. Products labelled "Licensed" come from official licensees and authorised distributors.

How do returns work?
Request a return within 14 days of delivery from My account > Orders. Custom-made items cannot be returned.
